If you've experienced an issue within the server such as a loss of items, money, or any other unfair loss due to server bugs or errors, you may be eligible for compensation. Below is a guide to assist you in making a compensation request.


šŸ”Ž When to Submit a Compensation Request

You can request compensation if:

  • You lost items or money due to a server bug or technical issue.
  • You experienced a disconnection that caused an irreversible loss (e.g., losing items, money, or vehicles).
  • You had RP interruptions that were caused by a server issue and cannot be rectified through roleplay.

Please Note: Compensation is not provided for lost items or money due to player actions, accidental death, or failure to secure items properly.

  1. Account & Incident Details

    • Character Name:
    • Steam/Discord ID:
    • Date & Time of Issue:
    • Details of the Issue: What happened, and how was it caused (server bug, disconnection, etc.)?
  2. Lost Items/Amount

    • A list of items or money you lost, and approximate values.
    • If the loss was due to an item (e.g., car, weapon, etc.), please provide as many details as possible (vehicle make/model, item type, etc.).
  3. Evidence (optional but strongly recommended)

    • Screenshots, chat logs, or video evidence that support your claim.
    • If applicable, include timestamps of the incident to help staff investigate.

  3. Title your thread: Compensation Request – [Your Character Name].

  5. Submit and allow up to 72 hours for staff review.

  • Be as specific as possible: Provide as much detail as you can regarding the loss to help staff investigate the issue.
  • Evidence helps your case: Although not required, evidence (screenshots, logs, video) strengthens your compensation request and helps staff determine the validity of the claim.
  • Not all compensation requests are guaranteed: Staff will investigate and determine if compensation is appropriate based on server logs and your provided details.

Thank you for submitting a compensation request. Staff will review your claim and respond as soon as possible. Please be patient, as some investigations may take a bit longer depending on the complexity of the issue.
