π₯ Multi-Character Rules
BritishRP allows players to create and use up to 4 active characters at any one time. This gives you the freedom to explore different lifestyles, job paths, and roleplay scenarios across the city.
However, with this freedom comes a strict set of rules to ensure fair, immersive, and balanced gameplay. Itβs essential you follow these rules at all times when using multiple characters.
π« Characters Must Not Be Connected
Your characters must be completely separate individuals in every aspect of roleplay:
- They do not know each other.
- They cannot be friends, family, business partners, or connected in any way.
- They must live entirely independent lives with separate identities.
π§ No Sharing Knowledge Between Characters
You CANNOT use information that one character knows on another character under any circumstance.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Locations of illegal operations or stashes
- Names, faces, or affiliations of other players
- Ongoing police investigations or RP events
- Plans or knowledge of future heists or server-wide activities
Each character is treated as if the others do not exist.
π€ Voice Recognition and Interaction
If another player recognises your voice while you are playing a different character, you must deny all knowledge and continue roleplaying as that character.
- Your characters must never acknowledge being the same person or being connected.
- If another player continues to push this interaction or breaks immersion, you may:
- Open a player report
- Use the
/report
command to alert staff
Staff will investigate and take action if needed.
π¦ No Item or Cash Transfers Between Characters
Transferring items, money, vehicles, weapons, properties, or anything of value between your characters is strictly forbidden.
- This includes using third-party players as middlemen to pass items between characters.
- Our server has detailed logs monitored by admins to detect these actions.
β Players caught transferring assets or abusing multi-character systems will face bans and possible character wipes.
β Play It Right, Enjoy the City
When used properly, multiple characters allow for richer storylines, diverse roleplay, and greater freedom in the city. You can:
- Explore whitelisted jobs (e.g., Police, EHS) with one character
- Run illegal operations or civilian careers with another
- Build unique stories without overlap
Just remember: your characters are independent, unconnected, and must never interact or share anything.
Play fair, stay in character, and help maintain immersive, high-quality RP for everyone!
