📝 Player Reports Guide

When another player’s actions disrupt immersion or break server rules, you can file an official player report. Reports help staff investigate incidents, uphold standards, and ensure BritishRP remains a fun, fair, and safe place to play.

🔎 When to Report

You should submit a report when you experience or witness:

• Rule violations (RP breaking, metagaming, exploiting, harassment, etc.)
• Cheating or hacking (unauthorised mods, speed hacks, aimbots)
• Abusive behaviour (hate speech, threats, doxxing)
• GTA/Gaming issues that other players caused (e.g. griefing not covered by /report)

Minor infractions or disputes are better handled via the in‑game /report command, /ooc or /looc warnings, or by discussing in Quality Evaluation (QE). Use the forum report system only for serious or repeat offences.

📂 What You Need

1. Evidence

   • Video: At least 5 minutes of unedited footage (Medal, ShadowPlay, OBS)
   • Screenshots: Highlight key moments
   • Logs: Chat logs, console output, error messages

2. Details

   • Date & time of the incident (server time)
   • Location on the map (e.g. “Vinewood Boulevard, near PDM”)
   • Server ID / Character Name of all involved

3. Description

   • A clear, chronological account of what happened
   • Relevant chat or voice exchanges

1. Log in with your forum account.
2. Create a new thread in Report a Player.
3. Fill out the report using the template below (copy & paste).
4. Attach your evidence files (or links) to the post.
5. Submit—staff will review and respond as soon as possible.
