💻 Server Commands
In BritishRP, various actions and roleplay mechanics are performed using in-game commands. These are inputted through the chat box (press T to open chat), and usually start with a slash (/).
Below is a list of useful and commonly used server commands.
🧑🤝🧑 General Roleplay Commands

/me [action] | Describes your character performing an action. E.g., /me checks pulse |
/do [info] | Describes the environment or outcome of an action. E.g., /do wallet in back pocket |
/ooc [message] | Sends an out-of-character message (used sparingly). |
/looc [message] | Sends a local out-of-character message (visible to nearby players only). |
/carry | Allows you to carry another player (consensual RP). |
/drag | Used to drag another player (often EMS or Police use this). |
/id | Displays your character’s server ID. |
🧳 Inventory & Item Commands

/giveitem [ID] | Gives an item from your inventory to another player using their server ID. |
/showid | Shows your ID to a nearby player. |
/showlicenses | Shows your licenses to a nearby player. |
/use [item name] | Uses an item directly from the chat (alternative to opening inventory). |
🚗 Vehicle Commands

/engine | Toggles your vehicle's engine on or off. |
/trunk or /boot | Opens the vehicle's trunk if you're near it. |
/hood | Opens your vehicle’s hood. |
/doors | Opens or closes all doors on your vehicle. |
/seat [number] | Switch to a specific seat in the vehicle. |
👮 Job / Emergency Services Commands
(Some of these are restricted to players in whitelisted or public service jobs.)

/police | Sends a call to Police (for emergency situations). |
/tow | Used by recovery workers to request a tow or initiate recovery commands. |
/revive | EMS use this to revive a downed player (if job requirements are met). |
👔 Business & Misc Commands

/billing | Sends a bill to another player (requires business access or job). |
/jobmenu | Opens your job-related interaction menu. |
/report [message] | Sends a message to online staff if you need assistance or want to report an issue. |
🛠 Developer/Scripted Features

/hud | Toggle your HUD on or off. |
/resetui | Attempts to reset your UI if it becomes bugged. |
📌 Note:
- Not all commands are available to all players—some require specific jobs, roles, or licenses.
- Always use /me and /do responsibly and to enhance your roleplay interactions.
- Abusing commands (e.g., spamming
/ooc, misusing /report) may result in disciplinary action.
